This tour was the highlight of our time on Oahu, thanks to our tour guide Sky. After a week of tour bus tours in which every stop dropped off in a gift shop, it was an awesome experience to do something different and really be able to take in the beauty of the island. Sky was extremely knowledgeable about the island and was educating us on the various plants and wildlife we were seeing on our route. He also made sure to point out the best picture spots for us. I would highly recommend this tour and we will definitely book them for a different route whenever we come back.

Luca is the best hiking guide we could have ever expected! He is professional and knowledgeable about all the hikes on Oahu and is an avid adventurer himself. Luca took us on one of the most beautiful hikes we have ever been on. It was breathtaking! He made sure everyone was happy, safe, and having a blast. We even wanted to jump into the ocean off a cliff and he found a beach to make it happen. Bucket list! 1000% book this private tour for an amazing hike and an adventurous day. We wanted a hiking day that wasn’t “touristy” and Luca planned the perfect hiking adventure with us! We did 2 beautiful hikes, one along a mountain to a ridge, and one along a creek through jungle terrain. We passed only a handful of other hikers, which was exactly what we’d hoped for. With 3 days in Oahu and 7 in Maui, our day hiking with Luca was one of our favorite days of the entire trip! We could have never found those trails on our own, and the typical hikes with guides take you to the “Disney land” hikes (as I call them) with heavy tourist traffic.

It was out first time in Hawaii and I wanted to experience more than just the beach. Luca was wonderful! He planned a great hike that had the perfect amount of difficulty and adventure. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He even got my teenage boys to talk! It was an amazing experience and would definitely book with him again the next time we visit.

Went on the Ka'au Crater Hike with Luca! Had a great view, it was so much fun. Luca is also a very chill, funny and relaxed person. Which makes it even more fun and easier to do the hike.

We had the best time! Our guide, Luca, took us to the Crouching lion summit, stunning view and beautiful hiking road. Then we hike to this gorgeous waterfall inside the jungle.
It was the most fun activity we had in Hawaii, Luca took care of everything! Even carried water for us.
This hiking is highly recommend for people who want to know more about the island

Luca provided us with a hike that was tailor made for our skill levels and physical abilities. Through a series of give and take texts, we were able to hone in on the perfect hiking experience. We scheduled a hike with Luca even though he did not have a ton of reviews because I wanted to do a hike with my wife and two teenage kids and him being a local guy who was willing to craft our hike to our interests was very appealing. Plus, him being a young guy and my kids being teenagers I hoped they would be more attuned to him. I was not disappointed. My daughter wanted to do a ridge hike and he brought us to an amazing spot in Kaneohe where we went straight up the side of a mountain to have the most amazing views. He looked out for the 50+ something parents as well as the teens. He has water for all and moved at a steady pace. Afterwards my son wanted to do a waterfall hike so he brought us to a great little short hike near a golf course that was a hidden gem. Luca is a young guy trying to give his customers a great experience of the places he calls home. He will pick you up in his beat up Toyota and offer you fruit and ham and cheese sandwiches he made himself that morning. You will get a genuine Hawaiian experience from a local boy. Best personalized hike on Honolulu
This was my first trip to Honolulu and I kept hearing about how great the hiking is. Since I was traveling by myself and did not have a car, I knew I needed a guided hike. Luca’s guide was perfect, we first did Diamond Head, just because it is such a tourist attraction, but then he asked if what other kind of hike I would like to do and I said I was happy with anything as long as I wasn’t in downtown HNL :). We went to the other side of the island and went through a canopy filled forest which had a great hike and beautiful views. I knew this was a place that only locals went to, and I appreciated this. The hike was great, I could not have asked for a better guide and views. If/when I ever return, I will be signing up for another hike with Luca!

Luca was such a great tour guide! He picked me up on time and was very accomplished and communicative on what I wanted out of my experience so he can Taylor it to best fit and find the right hike. His car was clean and he was a safe driver to out destination. The hike was great! The views were amazing and he even took his drone and caught amazing footage and sent me a complimentary video!!!! It was so cool and I appreciated it so much Luca! Highly recommend hun and his nice energy he brings!

Amazing hike!
Luca was very professional and entertaining! He loves the adrenaline! and he is very knowledgeable about all activities on Oahu and gave me a lot of good tips. He chose exactly the right hike for me. The view was amazing and I always felt safe. He even gave me a memory card for my camera because I left it at the hotel. I would definitely book the tour again and can only recommend it to everyone to do it!

Best hiking trip ever
This tour was by far my favorite! Luka is super friendly knowledgeable and made my daughter and I feel safe during the hike ! He was well prepared with water snacks mosquito repellent and sunblock. He took great pictures of us and recorded a great video with drone that was sent to us a no extra charge. Great experience and the views are incredible !

Awesome Hiking Tour!
I am not even sure where to start. Our hike was everything we hoped for and more! Our guide Luca was so very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He allowed us to choose our own adventure. We simply told him what we wanted to experience and he just knew the perfect hike for us! We let him know that we are amateur hikers and he made sure our hike wasn't too "gnarly" but wasn't too easy either. We completed it feeling super accomplished! He was also so very helpful along the way whenever we needed assistance. He never made us feel rushed and was always more than willing to take breaks. He also took many amazing photos for us in which he emailed to me the next day. He brought us bug spray and snacks so we didn't have to worry about needing anything at all! We did forget one of our personal belongings in his vehicle and he made sure to drop it back off to us! The sweetest part was that he picked up a cupcake because he knew we were visiting for my young daughter's birthday :) Amazing experience. Would recommend Luca to anyone!

Amazing Ridge Hike
Luca was easygoing, professional, honest and knowledgeable. We communicated what we were looking for and he found us the perfect hike! We have been to Oahu many times before but this is definitely one of the most unique experiences. Would definitely use AGH again when we visit next time!

Amazing Hike

Best Experience in Oahu
Hands down the best experience I had during my stay on Oahu. I booked a hiking tour with my sister and dad and they took us on this hike along the coast with so many cool secret spots like a lava tube we could walk through. They were knowledgable about Hawaiian history and super funny! Also we didn't come across anyone else on the entire hike (besides a few local fisherman)! At the end of the hike was the most beautiful cliff jumping spot, and again no one else there!! After that we got some really delicious local food and called it a day. Truly felt like I was a local and would do it again in a heart beat, thank you guys so much!!!
